HISTORICAL

Phase 1: AXGT (AxonDAO Governance Token)

AXGT (V1) launched on Uniswap on Feb 13, 2024 at 8am EST.

Deflationary Supply Model

AXGT operates on a fixed, deflationary V2 supply model enforced directly at the contract level. The contract contains no mint functionality.

The token was originally deployed with a maximum supply of 1,000,000,000 AXGT. Since launch, 271,909,430 AXGT have been permanently burned on-chain, resulting in a current fixed total supply of 728,089,886 AXGT.

New tokens cannot be created under any circumstances. Supply can only decrease through burns, making AXGT structurally deflationary.

AXGT originally launched with a fixed maximum supply of:

• 1,000,000,000 AXGT (V1)

This supply was distributed according to the original allocation model and governed by the AXGT V1 smart contract.
